A controlled path
Coordination works when every party knows its role.
CSS often works between a client, supplier, technology provider or external carrier. We do not treat that complexity as permission to blur responsibility. The mandate identifies who decides, who contracts and who delivers each part.
The process is proportionate to the assignment. A focused digital change may need a short scope and controlled access. A cross-border purchase may also need product specifications, commercial documents and logistics responsibilities.

Define the requirement
We clarify the desired result, countries, systems or products involved and any practical constraint.

Agree the scope
Deliverables, responsibilities, commercial basis, approvals and exclusions are recorded in writing.

Prepare access and records
Required specifications, documents, provider access or client inputs are organised securely.

Coordinate execution
Tasks and external parties are followed through against the agreed scope, with changes made visible.

Review and hand over
The result, available documentation, open points and next responsibilities are handed back clearly.
A useful first brief
What to tell us at the beginning.
A short factual brief is more useful than a long sales presentation.

Change control
New work is made visible.
If the objective, responsibility or deliverable changes materially, the scope should be updated before the additional work proceeds. This protects both the client and CSS.
